Do you provide international shipping?
As of now, we ship exclusively within the United States. Stay tuned though, as we aim to broaden our horizons and offer international shipping in the future.
What's your policy on returns?
We accept returns if they are made within 30 days from the date of delivery. For additional information, please review our Return Policy.
What's the timeframe for processing orders?
Ordinary orders are processed within 1-2 business days, while customized orders might require a bit more time to ensure perfection.
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order once it's been placed?
If you need to cancel, you've got 30 minutes post-order to do so. After that timeframe, we're sadly unable to process cancellations. Rest assured, we process cancellation requests swiftly - within around 12 business hours, starting your refund process.
